We will erase everything we hold for you. No questions, no retention "for analytics." This page exists so you don't need to install or open Tavy to do it.

Option A · Fastest

From inside the app

If you still have Tavy installed, this is instant and unrecoverable. We strongly recommend this path — it removes the on-device database that we can't reach.

  1. Open Tavy and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Data & Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete all data and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. We cannot recover the data once you confirm.
Option B · For users without the app

Use this if you've already uninstalled Tavy or you can't open it. We'll match your request against any cloud-synced records and confirm deletion by email.

Tavy is local-first, so there isn't much for us to delete on the server side — which is good news for you.

  • Crash & diagnostic records tied to your install
  • Support email history (on request)
  • Newsletter subscription (if any)
Retained by law
  • · Purchase / invoice records (Slovak tax law, 10 years)
  • · Anti-fraud logs (where legally required)

These records are kept in a separate system and are not used for any other purpose. They cannot be linked back to your in-app activity.

Submitting opens a pre-filled email to hello@j8n.sk. We need an email address so we can confirm the deletion to you.

Identity verification
We will reply from hello@j8n.sk to confirm the request. To prevent malicious deletion, we may ask you to reply from the same email address used in the app (if any) or to share your in-app purchase order ID.

Step 01
You submit

Form opens your email client with a pre-filled request to hello@j8n.sk. Send it.

Step 02
We verify

Usually 1–3 working days. We may ask one clarifying question if your email doesn't match any record we have.

Step 03
We confirm

You receive an email confirming what was deleted and when. Done — under 30 days, always.
